What Fuels My Work

I have always had a passion for helping people and organizations successfully navigate complex challenges. I do my best work where strategy, operational rigor, and cross-functional execution meet—especially when there is a need for clarity, alignment, and measurable progress.

My professional foundation took shape in early advertising agency and consulting roles, translating business goals into investment logic and improved ROIs. I then joined a recently acquired New York agency, where I drove strategy, operations, and growth that culminated in its sale to a publicly traded holding company. At AOL, I built the systems, standards, governance, and operating discipline behind a large-scale business-model shift and the successful monetization of digital inventory at scale.

As founder and owner of Concordia Sound, I grew the business from raw concept into a diverse and expanding client base, revenue stream, and set of service offerings. Through SCORE, I advise startups and small businesses, bringing greater clarity to complex decisions and stronger discipline to their tactics and implementation.

A common thread runs through my work: I bring structure to ambiguity, connect big-picture goals to practical execution, and guide people and organizations from complexity to clarity, accountability, and sustainable growth.

When I’m not deep in strategy sessions, I’m usually on my bike somewhere in the 5 boroughs, or sitting with my guitar turning a fraction of a melody into a song.
